FounderFit AI provides AI-powered analysis of Y Combinator applications. Our service generates feedback simulating YC partner reviews to help founders improve their applications before submission.

You agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our AI technology
• Not submit content that violates intellectual property rights
• Not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of others

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FounderFit AI and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you submit for analysis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our service.

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

AI Feedback Nature

Our AI-generated feedback is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee acceptance into Y Combinator or any other program. YC acceptance decisions are made by humans and may consider factors beyond our analysis.

The feedback provided is not professional advice and should not be considered a substitute for legal, financial, or business consulting.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FounderFit AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
